#Tarot Reading: Financial Stability

Dear D******

Thank you for allowing me to conduct this reading for you.

Your question that you wanted me to answer was: after losing a great job and trying a few others that didn’t work out, you were unsettled and unable to find a job that you could settle into and gain financial stability.

For this, I did a 3 card reading as set out below:

Why previous jobs didn’t work out: 9 of Swords

Why I am unsure about about my career choice: 4 of Pentacles

What can I do to improve my chances of finding the right job: Page of Swords

The 9 of Swords pictures a person in bed, with their head in their hands unable to sleep. It is known as the worry card . In this instance, it was the concern that the jobs weren’t really what you were hoping that they would be and clearly not as good as the job that you had lost.

The 4 of Pentacles shows that you are clinging onto something; in this case it is the memory of the job you once had. Unfortunately, this is in the past and it’s time to move on.

The Page of Swords shows that you need to be ready to face challenges head on and also you get bored if not challenged. It’s time to look for something more fulfilling, but don’t just rush into something, decide what it is that you really want to do, prepare properly for it (training?) and put all your effort into getting it.

Conclusion

I don’t think it’s in your nature to do a job which doesn’t suit you and the job you loved has gone, so it’s time to move on and put that down to experience. There is a career out there waiting for you, but you need to focus your energy on getting it. This isn’t going to be a quick fix, but you have the desire to get it, so start looking at what it is you really want to do and prepare for it, even if this means lots of studying and a qualification.

I hope this helps!

Best wishes

Martin
